WordPress & WooCommerce developer — builds, repairs, WPML rescues

I turn “Can we do this?” into “Yeah, here you go.”

Fast, scalable WordPress sites and WooCommerce stores — including the large catalogs, WPML multilingual setups, and inherited codebases other developers walk away from.

About

The developer clients call when “it should be simple” turns out not to be.

I work with WordPress, PHP, and MySQL — paired with modern JavaScript (React, Vue). My lane is the hard end of WooCommerce: large catalogs, multilingual stores, and imports that touch tens of thousands of rows.

I kept running into the same problem in client work — importing products across languages in bulk — until I turned the fix into a commercial plugin: Shirely.

Where I can help.

New Websites & Stores

WordPress sites and WooCommerce stores built from scratch — custom theme, payments, shipping, all of it. Clean architecture your next developer will thank you for.

Ongoing Care

Updates, security, monitoring, and backups — tested before they touch your live store, so a plugin update never kills your checkout.

WordPress Repair

White screens, broken plugins, hacked sites, failed updates. I find the line of code that broke — not just a plugin to paper over it.

WPML & Multilingual

Setup, repair, and migration of multilingual stores. Thousands of products in multiple languages — with translations linked correctly, not orphaned in the database.

Custom Development

Custom plugins, API integrations, checkout logic. If the plugin you need doesn’t exist, I build it.

FAQ

Questions clients actually ask

Can you fix a broken WPML or multilingual setup?+

Yes — that's my specialty. Orphaned translations, desynced categories, duplicated products after a bad import: I've seen most ways a multilingual store can break, and I built a commercial plugin around fixing the hardest one.

Do you take over sites built by someone else?+

All the time. I start with a short audit so you know the real state of the site, then fix issues in order of impact. No judgment about the previous developer — just a working site.

Do you work with large WooCommerce catalogs?+

Yes. Stores with thousands of products — including multilingual ones — are exactly the work I enjoy. Bulk imports, migrations, and restructuring are safe in my hands — I wrote a commercial import plugin (Shirely) for exactly this.

Can you migrate my store from Shopify or another platform?+

Yes — moving products, categories, and customers into WooCommerce is standard work. Rebuilding your theme on WordPress is a separate, scoped project — I'll tell you honestly which one you actually need.

How does a project start?+

Send me a few sentences about the problem. I come back with questions, then a concrete scope and estimate. For bigger projects, we work in milestones, so you see progress and control the budget.

How do you price projects?+

I quote a flat project fee based on a clear scope, not an hourly rate. You'll know exactly what the work costs before we start writing any code.

Why an independent specialist instead of an agency?+

The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it. No account managers, no handoffs between departments, no juniors learning on your store — and you always know who to ask.

Do you offer ongoing care after launch?+

Yes — updates, security, monitoring, and backups on a monthly care plan, so the site you paid for stays fast and safe.
